General Info

Aumann AG manufactures and sells systems for the automotive and other industries in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, China, and internationally. It operates through E-mobility and Classic segments. The E-mobility segment designs, manufactures, and sells machinery and automated production lines for the automotive, aerospace, railway, and other mobility industries; manufactures machinery and production lines for the manufacturing of electric vehicles, such as energy storage systems; and offers product support services, such as maintenance, repair, spare part supply, and engineering services. The Classic segment provides machinery and automated production lines for the automotive, aerospace, railway, consumer electric, agricultural, and clean tech industries. This segment also offers solutions, such as specialized machinery for the production of internal combustion engines drivetrain components, including gearboxes, built camshafts, camshaft modules, assembled cylinder activation and deactivation modules, and components for valve control systems, as well as light weight structural components for its automotive customers. In addition, this segment provides assembly and logistical solutions for the consumer electric industry; transport jigs for the aerospace industry; solutions for other industries; product support services; and production services comprising measuring, prototyping, machining, surveying, and others, as well as produces and sells serial parts in particular to automotive and agriculture customers. Aumann AG was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in Beelen, Germany.

Current Ratio
