General Info

SFS Group AG manufactures and distributes mechanical fastening systems and precision formed components primarily in North America, Europe, and Asia. The company operates in three segments: Engineered Components, Fastening Systems, and Distribution & Logistics. The Engineered Components segment develops, manufactures, and supplies precision formed components, mechanical fastening systems, and assemblies for automotive, electrical and electronics, aerospace, industrial, medical, and other special applications under the SFS intec, Unisteel, and Tegra Medical brands. The Fastening Systems segment provides proprietary mechanical fastening solutions, such as application-specific fastening systems, and hinge technology and assembly systems under the SFS intec brand name; and other fastening systems, including blind rivets, blind rivet nuts, and related installation tools under the GESIPA brand for the construction, building materials, and automotive industries. The Distribution & Logistics segment offers a range of products in the areas of fastening technology, tools, and architectural hardware, as well as logistics solutions under the SFS unimarket brand. It operates through a network of 28 HandwerkStadt retail stores, as well as online. This segment serves manufacturers, the skilled trades, construction companies, specialty retailers, wholesalers, and hardware and home improvement stores. SFS Group AG was founded in 1928 and is headquartered in Heerbrugg, Switzerland.

Current Ratio
